CV Resources has partnered with a family-owned packaging company in search for a Controller to manage the financial operations of the company and leading their accounting team. Reporting to the CFO, the role will be responsible for:

• Financial Management and Reporting
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide meaningful insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Cash flow
• Tax compliance

Manufacturing industry with understanding of cost, inventory, and BOM are highly preferred with at least 3 yrs of managerial experience.
